CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice. Private and Semi-Private appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you do not cancel in advance you will be automatically charged for the class or session. If you late cancel and someone from the waitlist gets your spot, you are still charged for the late cancel. To cancel a class you may cancel online, phone the studio or send an email to mikeilates@gmail.com. No exceptions.
